Learn more To our valued patients: Contra Costa Sleep Center is open for both In-Lab and Home testing starting May 3. Our Professional Medical Employees work diligently to sanitize the Sleep Center and all testing equipment to standards above that of most medical facilities. We have doubled efforts to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus. Our goal is to protect our patients and employees by following the latest recommendations by the state of California and the Center for Disease Control (CDC). We have always followed the protocol that patients should reschedule if ill, and technicians should not report to work if ill. We have increased our cleaning practices to include sanitizing doorknobs and anything else touched by patients, and have provided extra sanitation in the restrooms. Our employees have been advised to frequently wash their hands carefully, and avoid touching their face. Your sleep test is conducted in a private bedroom with a 2:1 patient to technician ratio. There are no crowds” in the Sleep Center. You will only have contact with the technician assisting in your sleep study.
